ANSWERS YOU CAN ACT ON

How requirements are verified →
Is FastIDPhoto a government passport-photo service?

No. FastIDPhoto is an independent photo-preparation service. Government and issuing authorities remain responsible for the official requirements and final acceptance decision.

What does FastIDPhoto’s Photo Readiness check do?

It screens measurable image and file characteristics such as dimensions, file properties and selected composition signals. It is a preparation aid, not a government acceptance certificate.

What is Requirement Match?

Requirement Match helps you identify the correct verified FastIDPhoto requirement by country, document, application type, age group and application channel when those distinctions are present in the source data.

Can one source photo be used for more than one document?

A good source portrait can often be the starting point for multiple document photos, but each final output should be prepared and checked against its own requirement. A matching physical size does not mean identical compliance rules.

Where can I get help using FastIDPhoto?

Use the FAQ for general guidance, sales@fastidphoto.com for sales enquiries, and Support Desk after signing in when account-specific assistance is available.
