Fast ID Photo
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Fast ID Photo may collect, use, store and protect information when you use our website and services.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, this may include your name, email address, account credentials, order and credit information, payment-related transaction details, support messages, device and browser information, IP address, and photographs or files that you choose to upload.
2. How we use information
We may use information to provide and secure the service, process orders and payments, provide downloads, maintain accounts, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related information.
3. Photographs and image processing
Photographs are processed to provide the features you request. Depending on the specific feature and technical implementation, processing may occur in your browser or may require transmission to our server and an authorized image-processing provider. For AI background removal, the uploaded photograph is transmitted through our server to the configured processing service so the background can be removed and a transparent result returned. We do not use uploaded photographs for unrelated purposes unless disclosed to you or permitted by applicable law.
4. Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, payments, email, security, analytics, AI/image processing and other infrastructure. Such providers may process information only as necessary for the services they provide, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
5. Payments
Payment details may be handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. We do not intend to store complete payment-card credentials on our own servers unless expressly stated at checkout.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security and preferences, and optional analytics or other technologies where enabled. See our Cookie Policy.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, security, accounting, or the operation of the service.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or other controls over personal data. You may contact us through the Contact page to make a privacy request.
9. Children
The service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent is legally required. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy when our service, processing practices or applicable requirements change.
