These Terms of Service govern your use of Fast ID Photo and its photo preparation, formatting, processing, download, print-sheet, account, credit and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Fast ID Photo provides tools intended to help users prepare passport, visa, identity and other document photographs. The service may include resizing, cropping, background processing, image adjustments, document-specific formatting, print-sheet creation and related features.

2. Requirements and acceptance

Our information and automated processing are provided as assistance only. Government and other issuing authorities make the final decision on whether a photograph is acceptable. You must verify current official requirements and inspect your final image before submission.

3. Accounts

Where an account is required, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.

4. User-uploaded content

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process photographs. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content or use the service to violate another person's privacy or rights.

5. Automated processing

Automated tools can produce incorrect results. Background removal, cropping, face positioning, brightness, contrast, colour, dimensions and other processing should be reviewed by you. We do not guarantee a particular processing result or acceptance by an authority.

6. Payments and credits

Prices, taxes, credits and order terms displayed at checkout apply to the relevant purchase. Credits or digital services may be subject to the limitations stated on the pricing or order page and in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Fast ID Photo and its software, branding, interface, text and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain your rights in photographs you upload, subject to the permissions necessary for us to provide the service.

8. Third-party services

Some functions may rely on third-party hosting, payment, analytics, AI, storage, authentication or other services. Their availability and terms may affect the service.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, browser limitations, network problems and other events may affect availability.

10. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fast ID Photo is not responsible for an authority rejecting a photograph, a change in official requirements, or losses arising from a user's failure to verify requirements or review the final image. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version published on this website applies to future use after it becomes effective.
